All ATOM LCD and LED Televisions are guaranteed 2 years comprehensive warranty against Manufacturing Defects from the Date of Purchase. ATOM LED Outdoor Televisions (Giant Screens) are guaranteed 5 Years Comprehensive Warranty against Manufacturing Defects from the Date of Purchase. All services and Maintenance needed for any ATOM Product should be channeled to ATOM or its Authorized Service Partner to ensure Warranty. Warranty is only applicable to regions within Sri Lanka. A Proof of Purchase (Receipt) needs to be presented if requested by ATOM. In order to ensure Warranty, The following mentioned clauses are of utmost importance:

  • The Product needs to be installed / mounted under the recommendations of the manufacturer
  • Warranty only covers domestic/normal use
  • Warranty will not be applicable for the Following;
    • In correct Installation
    • Malfunction or failure resulting from use of incorrect voltages/mains supply problems
    • Accident
    • Misuse
    • Neglect
    • Build up of dirt/dust
    • Abuse
    • Maladjustment of customer controls
    • Natural Disasters
    • Tampering or repair by unauthorized persons

If requird for service or repair:

  1. Contact ATOM Customer Care
  2. Send or take the product to ATOM with proof of purchase (receipt)

Warranty does not extend to any of the following:

  1. Costs associated with Installation
  2. De installation/re installation

Costs associated with Mounting/demounting of any screen:

  1. Delivery
  2. Handling
  3. Transportation
