  3. Step 3: Once you have added the products to your shopping cart proceed to the next step and enter your delivery details carefully. Please double check your delivery information before confirming.

Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product and would want to exchange the product, we would accept the product only under the following conditions


Product must be produced at the Atom Showroom 67, Bernard Zoysa Mawatha, Colombo 05 within 5 days from the date of purchase.

The product must be in its original condition (sealed, unopened, packed and tags attached with it etc)

Exchange policy will not be applicable for products that are discounted or not under warranty.


However, Atom Technologies have the sole right in refusing any exchange of goods.



Return Policy.

You will be able to return the items according to the terms and conditions of the warranty supplied by the warranty card.


Customers must check the goods at the point of redemption. If a product is damaged or does not have all required parts, customer must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the goods.  If the customer accepts the product it is considered that the product was received in good condition. Atom Technologies will not accept any returns/refund requests from that point onward.
